Additional 2 year Extended Warranty for Ferticare 2.0®/Valdivia®

We are the manufacturer of the Ferticare 2.0 and Valdivia®

Manufacturer extended warranty for additional 2 years after 1 year original warranty.  Warranty does not cover damage due to any tampering, water damage, excessive intentional damage to device.

Must be purchased at Urology Health Store (Reflexonic, LLC).  Warranty includes repairs or replacement at our discretion. Includes battery replacement.  Extended warranty must be purchased within 6 months of purchasing the Ferticare 2.0 or Valdivia. Each purchase of a additional 2 year warranty only applies to one device.  Customer must show sales invoice if purchased at a compnayother than Urology Health Store. All second hand items not originally purchased directly from our company or an authorized distributors will lose all warranties.  Shipping is not included on repairs.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, tampering (including removal of secure-ID sticker) or alterations of product in any way or due to improper handling, cleaning or misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions in the User’s Guide. Manufacturer’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of a defective product.

Removal of the Secure-ID sticker is designed to show signs of tamper evidence immediately when removed from the applied surface – removal of the sticker automatically voids any warranty.

Attention: All Ferticare 2.0  and Valdivia ® warranties; including the extended 2 year warranty and first year warranties are not transferable to another individual or entity.  This is a personal item and should not be resold to another person.

Reflexonic,LLC reserves the right to refuse maintenance and repair of all second hand items.
