Need help determining your size?

·       Prepare: Stand upright and gather a flexible measuring tape ruler in inches.

·       Press: Place the "0" end of your ruler flat against your body and gently press it into the pubic bone at the base of the penis.

·       Stretch: Grasp the tip of the glans (the head) between your thumb and forefinger. Gently stretch the penis outward to its maximum non-painful, comfortable extension, keeping it parallel to the floor.

·       Measure: Read the measurement directly from the ruler to the tip of the stretched glans.

      Choose which stretcher size closely matches your flaccid stretch 4.25 - 6.60 / 5.50 - 9.50 / 6.50 - 11.00 

 (Do NOT Measure your erect length) 

The TITAN XXL device sits snugly on the penis without pain, numbness, or circulation issues. Always ensure you are flaccid while using the system. (Erections will cause the device to slip off)

     Penis stretching is a marathon, not a sprint so be prepared to wear this stretcher every day consistently for a few month, plus!  You will need to use the device for at least 2 months consistently to have results but preferably for up to 6 months to really get the most out of the item.

Does a Man need to be circumcised in order to use Titan XXL? It is suggested for them to be circumcised. If they are not, they will need to pull back the skin in order to secure the belt properly. 

When will you see results?  Most users won’t start to see any difference until about the 6-week mark, so hold tight! Just because it is a slow process, this doesn’t mean that it is not working. You just need to be patient and committed to the process to see any results from it.

Can I return the device? 

No, unfortunately due to the nature of this device we cannot allow returns or refunds. Please make sure you correctly measure the size of the stretcher you will need. 

Is there any warranty?

Can i wear the device when sleeping? 

No, we do not advise wearing the device while sleeping.
