The device is intended for controlled penile traction in penile tissue expansion, penis length/girth enlargement  and length restoration. This wearable penile stretcher/expansion system is a lightweight device designed for controlled, comfortable penile traction. The device is discreet and suitable for extended wear under clothing.

Before ordering determine your size needed: 

·       Prepare: Stand upright and gather a flexible measuring tape ruler in inches.

·       Press: Place the "0" end of your ruler flat against your body and gently press it into the pubic bone at the base of the penis.

·       Stretch: Grasp the tip of the glans (the head) between your thumb and forefinger. Gently stretch the penis outward to its maximum non-painful, comfortable extension, keeping it parallel to the floor.

·       Measure: Read the measurement directly from the ruler to the tip of the stretched glans.

Does a Man need to be circumcised in order to use Titan XXL? It is suggested for them to be circumcised. If they are not, they will need to pull back the skin in order to secure the belt properly. 

When will you see results?  Most users won’t start to see any difference until about the 6-week mark, so hold tight! Just because it is a slow process, this doesn’t mean that it is not working. You just need to be patient and committed to the process to see any results from it.

No, we do not advise wearing the device while sleeping.
