TitanXXL is a lightweight penile stretcher / male expansion system intended for controlled penile traction to support penile tissue expansion, length and girth enhancement goals, and length restoration. It applies gentle, consistent traction and is designed to be:

Before you order: measure your size

To choose the correct TitanXXL stretcher size, measure your stretched flaccid length (not erect length).

1. Prepare

   • Stand upright in a warm room.
   • Use a flexible measuring tape or ruler marked in inches.

2. Press

   • Place the “0” end of the ruler flat against the top of the penis, at the base.
   • Gently press the ruler back until you feel the pubic bone.

3. Stretch

   • With your other hand, grasp the tip of the glans (head) between thumb and forefinger.
   • Gently stretch the penis straight out, parallel to the floor, to your maximum comfortable, non‑painful extension.

4. Measure

   • Read the measurement at the tip of the stretched glans.
   • This is your stretched flaccid length.

Select the TitanXXL size that most closely matches your stretched length (inches):

• 4.25 – 6.60
• 5.50 – 9.50
• 6.50 – 11.00

Do NOT measure your erect length.

Fit, comfort, and daily wear

• TitanXXL is designed to sit snugly on the penis without pain, numbness, or circulation issues when worn correctly.
• Always apply the device while fully flaccid. Erections can cause the device to slip off.
• Wear under comfortable, non‑tight clothing. Avoid garments that compress the device.

How long do I need to use it?

Penis stretching is a marathon, not a sprint. Plan on:

• Starting with short sessions and slowly building up
• Gradually working up to 3–4 hours per day over several weeks
• Using the device consistently for at least 2 months, with many users choosing to continue up to 6 months or longer to maximize potential benefits

TitanXXL is generally easier to use if you are circumcised. If you are not, you will need to pull the foreskin back fully before securing the belt so it grips properly.

• If a covered defect occurs, the manufacturer will repair or replace the device at no cost.
• To claim warranty service, contact the authorized distributor or manufacturer with proof of purchase.
• Warranty covers the device only, not any medical outcomes or injuries.

Can I wear TitanXXL while sleeping?
No. Do not use the device while sleeping.
